2015 will be the inaugural year for The Ancient Tones - New Sounds Festival, with your help and support we can make this an annual event. The Festival is an all age family friendly event. Public intoxication & drug abuse is unacceptable. We reserve the right to and will intervene if we believe any person is acting inappropriately or disrespectfully. Underage drinking is illegal. No illegal substances. The Festival is a Rain or Shine Event. The perfomance and Camping areas are wheel chair friendly. Camping is primitive with plenty of shady areas. There's plenty of RV Camping. All RV Camping Must Be Booked Through Vanhoy Family Campgrounds. We shall also have a Quiet & Family camping area. Curfew hours are midnight to 9am. NO LOUD music in this area. Please be respectful to all your camp neighbors regardless of where you camp. If your going to have a fire please contain it to a fire pit or ring, fire wood is for sale on site. We are a Dog Friendly Event, So bring your pouch just clean up after them. Also this is a BYOB Event.

Vendor Application for Ancient Tones - New Sounds Festival 2015
Festival date Sept 25th-27th 2015 - Application deadline August 25th 2015. Gates open Mid day Thursday 24th for Vendor setup.
The number of vendor spaces will be limited to provide a more successful market. Booth size is 10x10 feet and most booths will have space behind them for additional merchandise and/or camping Merchandise vendors will get 2 festival passes. Vehicles will be allowed in the set up area for set up and break down but not during the festival; however vehicles will be located close by if not behind. Food vendors will get 2 or 4 festival & 1 vehicle passes per space. Additional assistant passes may be purchased at the discounted rate of $50 by September 1st No more than 2 additional assistant passes per vendor.
Vendors may be asked to remove any items not consistent with your application. Collecting and reporting of NC sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor. A welcome letter containing more detailed information on set-up, parking, camping etc. will be sent to accepted vendors prior to the festival.
FOOD VENDORS: You MUST be able to be 'health board certified' the day of the start of the festival. If you are not familiar with this or can't be 'certifiable', then please do not submit your Food Vending Application. Only those than can be certified appropriately will be considered. Please note that there is a separate food vending application you'll need to fill out with Iredell county. There is a $75 Temporary food permit fee from Iredell County. We have nothing to do with those fees and this will be in addition to our vending fees.

CRAFT/OTHER Vendor Fee: $300 with Power & Water, $250 NO power or Water.
Fees subject to change on a vendor-by-vendor basis. Or 10% of the vendors takings if vendor doesnt have up front vendor fees.
